01 | Are my content/data safe with you?
We firmly believe that trust is crucial for any professional relationship, that’s why we are always open to evaluating and signing NDA agreements .

02 | Do you perform free test?
Yes, of course. We are confident about the quality of our work, and we want you to be the same!

03 | What kind of files can I send?
We accept:
EIPs (Capture One files with your corrections) - RAWs + XMPs - TIFFs with or without any markups, corrections - JPEGs high quality
Images can be sent with color corrections applied, but original image cannot be recreated from this version.

04 | Should I send you the images with my color correction?
It’s up to you. If you already have your favorite color option, you can use it for retouching.
Just keep in mind that after retouching we can’t completely recreate the original color. If you’re sending B&W it can’t be reverted to a color version once retouching is done without reworking the image.

05 | Do you need my markups and notes?
Communication is key.
The more information we get, the more accurate our work will be, especially at the first stage of our cooperation. We always want to deliver a tailor-made product, so any references on retouching and color, markups, written or audio notes will help us fit perfectly to your style.

06 | Do you work with fixed rates?
Usually we work with per image rate which is determined depending on the complexity and type of the images. In some cases, we can negotiate the budget/fixed price for a project setting the amount of the images in advance.

07 | Are you familiar with composing images? (i.e. composing images by including parts of other images)
Of course, we can also create compositions, as well as inserting an object that was not in the original image or removing something you don’t like, changing backgrounds, filling images’ borders)
We still don’t develop 3D renders/backgrounds, but we are comfortable working with them as final images for compositing.

08 | Are you able to handle a large amount of images? How many images are you able to deliver per day?
We are used to working with large number of images. Timing really depends on the features of them and on the complexity of the work required. By discussing all the details in advance, you will always get your work done in time.
